Jyovix Studio ("Jyovix Studio", "we", "us") is a marketing platform operated by First Circle Biztech Private Limited, a company registered in Karnataka, India. Our platform lets a business publish content to, advertise on, and read performance data from its own social media accounts. Jyovix Studio is delivered to businesses through the Udyami Kutumba platform, and you may reach it from within that platform. This policy applies wherever you use Jyovix Studio. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you remove it.
In short. We hold your business's social media access credentials and performance data only so that our platform can publish content you have approved and show you how it performed. We never sell your data, never post without your approval, and delete everything within 30 days of your request.
1. Who this policy covers
- Customers — businesses and their authorised staff who hold a Jyovix Studio account.
- End users — people who interact with a customer's social media content or submit an enquiry through it.
If you are an end user, the customer whose content you interacted with is the primary controller of your information. We process it on their behalf.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account information you give us
- Name, business name, email address and phone number
- Billing details and transaction records
- Content you upload — images, video, captions, campaign briefs
2.2 Information we obtain from Meta platforms
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, Meta shows you its own permission screen listing exactly what access you are granting. Only after you grant it do we receive:
| Data | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Facebook Page ID and Page name | To identify which Page to publish to |
| Instagram Business Account ID and username | To identify which Instagram account to publish to |
| Page access token | The credential that authorises publishing and reading on your behalf |
| Advertising account ID and currency | To create and bill advertising campaigns you approve |
| Posts published through our platform, and their IDs | To show you what was published and match it to its performance |
| Aggregate performance metrics — reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares | To produce the analytics reporting in your dashboard |
| Advertising campaign performance and spend | To report budget usage and campaign results |
We do not collect your Facebook or Instagram password, your personal profile content, your friends list, your private messages, or the personal profiles of people who engage with your posts. Engagement metrics reach us as counts, not as lists of individuals.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Log data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps
- Essential cookies required to keep you signed in
3. How we use information
- To publish content to the accounts you have connected, only after you explicitly approve each item
- To create and manage advertising campaigns you have approved, within the budget you set
- To retrieve and display performance analytics for your content
- To operate, secure, support and improve the platform
- To bill you and keep records required by Indian law
- To send service notices about your account
We do not use your data to train machine learning models. We do not use it to advertise to you. We do not build profiles of the people who engage with your content.
4. Automated content generation
Our platform may use third-party artificial intelligence services to help draft captions and campaign copy. Only the brief you provide is sent to these services — never your access tokens, customer lists, or analytics data. All generated content is presented to you for review, and nothing is published until you approve it.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We share it only in these circumstances:
| Recipient | What is shared | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Platforms | Content you approved, campaign parameters, your access token | To publish and advertise on your behalf |
| Cloud hosting and database providers | Encrypted platform data | To run the service |
| Workflow automation provider | Content and credentials, for the duration of a single publishing or analytics job | To execute publishing and reporting |
| Payment processor | Billing details | To take payment |
| AI content services | Campaign briefs only | To draft copy you then review |
| Legal and regulatory authorities | Only what is legally compelled | Where required by law |
Every processor is bound by contract to use the data only for the purpose we specify.
6. Where data is stored
Our infrastructure is hosted with providers that may operate data centres outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on the provider's standard contractual protections together with the security measures described below.
7. Security
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Encryption keys are held separately from the database.
- All data in transit is protected by TLS.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and is logged.
- Tokens are never written to application logs and never displayed in our interface.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
8. How long we keep data
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Access tokens | Until you disconnect the account, or 30 days after your account closes — whichever is sooner |
| Published content and post records | Duration of your account, then 30 days |
| Performance analytics | 24 months rolling, then deleted |
| Billing and tax records | 8 years, as required by Indian law |
| Access logs | 12 months |
9. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and equivalent laws elsewhere, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data — see our Data Deletion page
- Withdraw consent at any time, including by disconnecting a social account
- Export your data in a machine-readable format
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India
Write to privacy@jyovixstudio.com. We respond within 30 days.
10. Disconnecting your social accounts
- In Jyovix Studio — Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect. The stored token is deleted immediately.
- In Facebook — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select Jyovix Studio → Remove.
Either route stops all publishing and analytics for that account at once.
11. Children
Jyovix Studio is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect.
